If you are not completely satisfied, MAD Bags will accept returns of unused stock items with the following terms:
- Contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be returned in the original box and packaging, or equivalent.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer if reason for return is other than defect in product. Package must be shipped with both insurance and tracking.
- The bag must be in the same condition in which it was sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Your purchase will be refunded within three business days of our receipt of your return.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTION
During the holidays, I understand many purchases are for gifts and I want the recipient to love their new bag. To allow for this special time of year, any qualifying item purchased between November 15 and December 24, can be returned through January 10.
